AMEC announces an enhanced programme and a new media partnership for the 2007 AMEC Communication Effectiveness Awards
AMEC today announced the programme for its AMEC Communication Effectiveness Awards 2007 as well as its media partnership with CorpComms Magazine.
This year AMEC has introduced a broad spectrum of new awards, including: The New Media Measurement Award, Young Professional of the Year Award, Best Use of Measurement for a Single Event, The Development Award and The Associate Member Award.
“These new categories have been created to encourage participation from our new associate and individual members as well as companies supplying and supporting the media evaluation and measurement industry”, said Nick Grant, AMEC Chairman.
“We are also looking forward very much to collaborating with CorpComms Magazine on the 2007 Awards programme. Their commitment to best practice measurement and evaluation of communication along with their readership profile make this an ideal partnership”, he continued.
Tom Watson, Reader in Communications at Bournemouth University, past PRCA Chairman and co-author of Evaluating Public Relations will head up the judging panel.
The Awards Dinner, the industry’s most prestigious event, will be held at the Cumberland Hotel on Monday 19 November 2007.
The final closing deadline for entries is 27 June 2007.
